| News - Naturediet Announces Newcomers
Natural Pet Food manufacturer Naturediet has recently announced expansion of its workforce at the company’s Shipdham headquarters.
As organisations struggle to cope with the downturn in the economy, Naturediet is looking to expand its operations to meet the increasing demand for its products in domestic and European markets. Having dipped a toe into the local talent pool, the Norfolk based company is pleased to announce Paul Clark as its new Site Engineer, and Terence Hills as its Production Manager.
Paul, a former Civil Servant, is an engineer specialising in computerised maintenance management systems. His expertise in this area will be used to implement a planned maintenance system at Naturediet, and support a program of continuous improvement.
Terence joins Naturediet with a wealth of manufacturing experience gained within large multinational companies, and smaller privately owned ventures. His previous roles within technical and production departments have seen him work with renowned brands such as Jaffa Cakes and Kettle Chips.
Terence comments; “My focus has always been on team building, continuous improvement, and trying to get the best out of the plant and equipment. It is these skills that I hope will help Naturediet to build on its success, and enable the business to exploit further opportunities by reducing waste and releasing capacity in the plant.”
