Norfolk based pet food manufacturer Naturediet has today announced changes to its management structure.

Due to the company’s continued success in the UK and Europe, the holistic dog food supplier is reshuffling its management team to allow it greater clarity and focus on core activities.

As anticipated current CEO Robin Orrow is to going to take more of a back seat in terms of managing company. Instead from the 1st April Managing Director Carol Wilcox will take over as the company’s CEO, with Daniel Masters filling the role of Managing Director.

Robin will still be taking an active role in the business and remain as Product Development Director which is his area of expertise.

“Little will change from a stakeholder point of view, I intend to remain working closely with my sales and marketing team to develop strategies and plan for the future, and of course we’ll still be producing great product”, said out going Managing Director Carol Wilcox.

The move will create a more horizontal hierarchy within the company, increasing the firm’s flexibility and better preparing it for further expansion on the continent.
