COVID-19 (Coronavirus) updates from NATUREDIET

Firstly, thank you for your continued efforts and support for Naturediet during this challenging and unusual time.  As a small, family run business this support is invaluable to us.

Naturediet takes pride in our ethos for being open and honest, and we know that we have a responsibility to make the right choices in the current climate.

The UK government announced on 23rd March that there would be increased restrictions on the movement of people, however that online retail would remain open and be encouraged and that “the postal and delivery service will still run as normal”. Naturediet, as a food manufacturer and key-contributor to that industry, is deemed as vital for the continuity of the economy – a status of responsibility we take very seriously.

Our production facility in Norfolk remains open and fully operational.  The health and safety of all our employees is at the forefront of our operations, we are continually reviewing the measures in place to protect our key workers on site at our production facility and those who are able to work from home are doing so.  We have also instigated the following additional precautions:

- No external visitors are now permitted to the factory, with the exception of delivery couriers and drivers. These visitors are kept to a minimum and are required to keep a safe distance from others.
- All team members remaining in the offices are now working a safe distance away from each other at all times.
- We have installed hand sanitiser stations within the offices – these are in addition to those that are already in place in the factory.


Orders direct with Naturediet
We continue to work with our chosen courier services, Team C and DHL, to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely fashion.  We are experiencing a higher than usual demand, and therefore there may be delays over the usual 3 working days delivery service.

The Naturediet team is a team of hardworking, committed and positive people who strive to do the best they can for the business and its customers.  We recognise that, in the current situation, there is a lot of uncertainty and if Naturediet can alleviate the concern of providing a nourishing, natural meal for your dog, then we are proud to help in these testing times.  We know that everyone’s situation is different, and equally difficult, so we thank you for your understanding.
