Terms and Conditions for Naturediet Pet Foods Limited’s Purely Free LickiMat®

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to all UK mainland residents (excludes remote areas of the UK, Northern Ireland, ROI and Channel Islands) aged 18 or over (proof of ID may be required).

2. The Promotion & Entry

The Purely free LickiMat® promotion is valid from 08:00 on 27th January 2026 to 23:59 on 28th February 2026.

The Promotion is available to redeem online at www.naturediet.co.uk only by spending £25.00 on Purely Lamb or Salmon (excludes Purely Chicken). The free 1x Free LickiMat® Mini Classic Playdate and free delivery is automatically applied at checkout.

Internet required.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including without limitation advertising or promotional materials.

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The Purely LickiMat® promotion is applicable to: Purely Salmon and Purely Lamb only (subject to availability), excludes Purely Chicken, excludes subscription orders. The minimum spend must be £25.00 (excluding delivery).

The Promotion applies to all orders placed in accordance with clause 2.

The LickiMat® Mini Classic Playdate is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the LickiMat® and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the LickiMat® with a gift of equal or greater value.

The LickiMat® cannot be exchanged. For example, the LickiMat® cannot be exchanged for an alternative colour.

In the event that any Product(s) purchased as part of qualifying transaction are returned and the qualifying transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount, the participant will be required to return the Gift. Failure to return the Gift will result in the refund not being processed and could lead to the closure of the participant’s Naturediet account.

We reserve the right to refuse and decline any order that we deem to be invalid or fraudulent.

4. General

In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Naturediet, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Naturediet reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage. 

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Naturediet and which prevents Naturediet from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Naturediet will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion. Naturediet accepts no responsibility for this. Naturediet has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Naturediet will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a customer participating in the Promotion.

By entering, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.

In entering the Promotion, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to redeem The Website Discount Code. The Promoter may require participants to provide proof of such eligibility. By entering the Promotion, all participants warrant that all information submitted by them is true and accurate.  

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

By entering the Promotion, the participant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The participant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry. 

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
