Terms and Conditions for Naturediet Advent Calendar Prize Draw 2025 on Instagram – 1 December 2025

Eligibility

  1. The Naturediet Advent Calendar Prize Draw 2025 (“the Prize Draw”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only (proof of ID may be required) and excludes employees and their families of Naturediet Pet Foods Limited (“Naturediet” “we” “us”), its agents, affiliated companies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw

  1. The Prize Draw opens at 08:00 hours on 1 December 2025 and closes at 08:00 hours on 25 December 2025. 
  1. There is a total of 12 prizes to be won on the following days 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 & 24 December 2025 (each a “Prize Draw Day”).

    1 prize will be given away on each Prize Draw Day (each an “Advent Prize”).

    There will be 1 winner for each Advent Prize throughout the duration of the Prize Draw (each an “Advent Prize Winner”) who will be drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted between 08:00 hours on each Prize Draw Day and 08:00 hours the following day.
  1. Instagram account is required to enter. The Advent Prize Winners must have an email address. Internet access required.
  1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including but not limited to advertising or Prize Draw materials.

Entry Instructions

  1. Entry is via Instagram. To be in with a chance of winning an Advent Prize, entrants must follow @naturedietpets; and between 08:00 hours on each Prize Draw Day and 08:00 hours the following day, on each day that they wish to enter the Prize Draw they must:

    i) like the Prize Draw post;
    ii) tag a friend in the comments

    Optional:
    iii) Share the relevant Prize Draw post to their stories and tag @naturedietpets to receive an extra entry into the draw for that Advent Prize. Please note, the action set out in this clause 6 iii) is optional and must be carried out along with the actions set out in this clause 6 only if an entrant wishes to receive an extra entry into the draw for a chance to win the relevant Advent Prize.
    iv) Signup to Naturediet’s Newsletter (link in bio) to receive 3x extra entries into the draw for that Advent Prize. To qualify for the extra entries, entrants must complete the verification process sent to their email address. Please note, the action set out in this clause 6 iii) is optional and must be carried out along with the actions set out in this clause 6 only if an entrant wishes to receive an extra entry into the draw for a chance to win the relevant Advent Prize.

    For the avoidance of doubt, entries do not roll from one Prize Draw Day to the next Prize Draw Day, therefore the actions set out in this clause 6 must be repeated for a chance to win each Advent Prize.

    Any entries that are offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful will be automatically disqualified and hidden from public view.
  1. Entries received via any other means, including for example via the Instagram direct message system, are not valid.
  1. Only one entry per Advent Prize, per person except entrants who share the Prize Draw post in accordance with clause 6 iii) will receive 2 entries into the draw for that Advent Prize. Entrants who sign up to the Newsletter in accordance clause 6 iv) will receive 4 entries into the draw for that Advent Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants can enter the Prize Draw for a chance to win each of the Advent Prizes but there’s a limit of 1 Advent Prize per person. Third party entries and entrants found to be using multiple Instagram accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be ineligible
  1. It is the responsibility of each entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Draw and on prize acceptance. Naturediet cannot be held responsible for an Advent Prize Winner who fails to supply accurate information which affects their acceptance and/or delivery of an Advent Prize.

Advent Prizes & Selection of the Advent Prize Winners

  1. Each Advent Prize Winner will be:

    i) drawn at random after 08:00 hours the day after each Prize Draw Day except the Advent Prize Winner on 24 December 2025 will be drawn on 05 January 2026.
    ii) announced using their Instagram username in the comments section of the Prize Draw Post; and
    iii) contacted via Instagram direct message by 17:00 hours on the day specified in clause 10 i) above to inform them that they have won an Advent Prize.
  1. a) The Advent Prizes are set out below. Each Advent Prize Winner will receive the Advent Prize that corresponds to the date they entered and were selected as the Advent Prize Winner (some Advent Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers which are binding upon the Advent Prize Winners of such Advent Prizes).

    b) Each Advent Prize will be dispatched by Naturediet via courier (a signature may be required on delivery) except prizes which are an e-voucher or e-gift card these will be sent via email. Each Advent Prize will arrive within 30 days of the relevant Advent Prize Winner draw.

    c) All vouchers, e-vouchers and e-gift cards are time limited (the retailer terms and conditions apply) and any balance left on such vouchers, e-vouchers or e-gift cards upon expiry will be lost.

    d) All additional costs in taking up the Advent Prizes set out in this clause 11 including without limitation expenses, travel, parking, food, drink, accommodation, insurance (if required), and any cost in excess of the balance of a voucher/e-voucher/e-gift card or any cost that is outside of its scope is the relevant Advent Prize Winner’s and their guest’s (if applicable) own responsibility and not that of Naturediet.

    e) If any element of an Advent Prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  1. Advent Prizes are not for resale nor are they redeemable in whole or in part for cash nor are they refundable.
  1. Each Advent Prize Winner will be contacted in accordance with clause 10 above asked to message Naturediet’s direct providing their full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number. If an Advent Prize Winner does not respond with i) their details; or ii) fails to provide the details required to enable us to purchase the Advent Prizes within 2 days, their Advent Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative Advent Prize Winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries for the relevant day. The postal address supplied must be the delivery address. 
  1. Each Advent Prize Winner may be asked to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw which may include consenting to their images being taken and used in publicity or promotional materials. Advent Prize Winners may be asked to sign a form consenting to such use of their images but will be free to refuse giving their consent.

General

  1. Other than for liability for loss, death or personal injury occurring from the negligence of Naturediet, so far as is permitted by law, Naturediet and its associated agencies hereby excludes all liability for loss, damage, costs, and expenses whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Prize Draw, the fulfilment of the Advent Prizes and/or the use of the Advent Prizes.
  1. All personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and for no other purpose in accordance with the UK data protection legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than to our selected partners who are assisting with the administration of the Prize Draw or to those third parties where personal data is required to facilitate a Advent Prize) without the individuals’ prior consent. Entrant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with Naturediet’s Privacy Policy, see below. The Third Party assisting with the administration of this Prize Draw is: Farrows Limited (registered office address is 64 Kings Street, Norwich NR1 1PG). By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  1. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram and you hereby release this platform from any liability associated with the Prize Draw.
  1. Naturediet reserves the right to verify all entries and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent) and refuse to award a Advent Prize or withdraw a Advent Prize and/or refuse further participation in the Prize Draw and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Prize Draw’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent means. Naturediet will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Naturediet reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered, or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  1. In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Naturediet, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Draw or the awarding of any of the Advent Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Naturediet reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any stage. 

    If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Naturediet and which prevents Naturediet from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Naturediet will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 
  1. Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Prize Draw. Naturediet accepts no responsibility for this. Naturediet has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Naturediet will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Prize Draw.
  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  1. Details of Advent Prize Winners’ surnames and counties of residence will be available for three months after the close of the Prize Draw by writing to the Naturediet Advent Calendar Prize Draw 2025,’ Naturediet Pet Foods, Swaffham Road, Ickburgh, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5HX. Naturediet reserves the right to refuse such requests. Advent Prize Winners of the Prize Draw have the right to object to the publication of their surname when contacting Naturediet to accept their Advent Prize in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances, only the county of the Advent Prize Winner concerned will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Naturediet is still obliged to provide Advent Prize Winner’s full name, county and details of each Advent Prize Winner’s entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (“ASA”) if requested by the ASA.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.

Data Protection and Publicity

If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw and may use your personal details for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you in the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw only insofar as required for the fulfilment, delivery or arrangement of the prize and any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
