It all started in 1976
Naturediet began with a simple idea – to create wholesome food for dogs using natural ingredients and without unnecessary additions.
Over the five decades that have followed, a lot has changed. Our knowledge of canine nutrition has grown, our recipes and ranges have evolved, and the way we prepare and package our food has continued to develop.
But one thing has remained at the heart of Naturediet: keeping dog food naturally simple.

Fifty years of feeding dogs has given us a wealth of experience.
We know that every dog is different. Some will happily eat anything put in front of them, while others can be a little more particular. Some dogs have sensitive tummies, while others may benefit from a simpler recipe or a grain-free diet.
That understanding has helped shape the Naturediet of today, with a range of complete and balanced recipes designed for dogs at different life stages and with different nutritional needs.

Naturally simple and steam cooked
Today, Naturediet meals are made with quality, natural ingredients, carefully selected to create wholesome, nutritious recipes. We then gently steam cook our food at lower temperatures, helping to lock in nutrition and flavour while bringing out the natural goodness of the ingredients.
Our recipes contain 100% natural ingredients with added vitamins and minerals and no added artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
It’s an approach shaped by 50 years of nutritional know-how – combining natural ingredients, balanced recipes and gentle steam cooking to create wholesome everyday nutrition.

Today, our food is proudly made in Norfolk, where our recipes are carefully prepared, packed and gently steam cooked.
Our wet food comes in convenient, fully recyclable FSC-certified cartons, helping us deliver wholesome meals in packaging that works better for dogs, their owners and the world around us.
