A Second Delivery that's Gone Missing
"My last order (2 cartons) was split and delivered on two separate deliveries/days. This time (2 cartons again) it happened again, but the second carton went missing and had to be resent. Naturediet were great in sorting out replacing the missing carton. But it's happening frequently. Also, plastic contamination. . . . . always fragments of blue plastic. Over the years this contamination is so frequent, I've given up reporting it. But please Naturediet, review your dupro QC. It's always small fragments, and always blue. Great food, my dog does really well in it, but annoying delivery errors, and minor QC issues."
