Naturediet Tail Wagging Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
1) Promoter
The promoter is Naturediet Ltd (Company Number 02097854) of Naturediet Pet Foods Ltd, Swaffham Road, Ickburgh, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5HX (“Naturediet”).
2) Who can claim
Open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18+. Employees of Naturediet, its agents, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion (and their immediate families) are not eligible. Claims submitted via third parties, consumer groups, or trade/bulk claims will not be accepted.
3) What’s covered
This guarantee applies only to Naturediet products in the Feel Good and Purely ranges. It does not apply to any other products.
4) Claim limits
Maximum one refund per household for one Qualifying Product (regardless of size/variant). Multiple claims for the same product from the same household will not be accepted.
5) Claim window
You must submit your claim within 30 days of purchase (based on the purchase date on your proof of purchase) and before the promotion closes.
6) How to claim
Claims must be submitted via the Contact Us form on the Naturediet website www.naturediet.co.uk Please use the drop-down list and select “Tail Wagging Guarantee”
Our Customer Service team will manage your claim and will request any information needed to process it, including your full details, including but not limited to Full Name, address and a valid email address, and proof of purchase including order number and proof of payment.
Naturediet may reject claims that are incomplete, submitted outside the promotion dates, outside the eligible region, or where fraud/abuse is suspected.
7) Refunds
Where a claim is approved, we will provide a full refund to the original claimant for the Qualifying Product. You must provide proof of purchase and any other information we reasonably request to validate the claim. Please allow up to 28 days from receipt of a valid claim and all requested information. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
8) Exclusions – Damage Outside Our Control
The Tail Wagging Guarantee does not apply where the Product has been damaged, spoiled, or rendered unusable due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

damage occurring after delivery as a result of improper storage, handling, or use by the customer or any third party;

damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow any storage or usage instructions provided with the Product;

damage resulting from environmental conditions outside our control, including excessive heat, cold, moisture, or exposure to contaminants after delivery;
For the avoidance of doubt, where the Product was delivered in good condition and subsequently damaged due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we shall not be liable to provide a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9) Privacy
Naturediet will use your details to administer and audit claims and will handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You may still be contacted about your claim even if you are not opted into marketing. View our Privacy Policy.
10) Changes & final decision
Naturediet may amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary. Naturediet’s decision is final in all matters relating to this guarantee.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of the participant’s country/region.
