The Promotion is available to all UK mainland residents (excludes remote areas of the UK, Northern Ireland, ROI and Channel Islands) aged 18 or over (proof of ID may be required).

The 20% discount promotion is valid from 08:00 hours on 01/09/2026 to 23:59 hours on 30/09/2026.

The Promotion is available to redeem online at www.naturediet.co.uk only by entering the discount code REORDER20 at the checkout screen to receive 20% off all eligible products in the Feel Good and Feel Good Grain Free ranges available on the above website at the time the order is placed. The discount is then automatically applied at checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount code is not valid for use at any other store, website or other outlet.

The 20% promotion includes the following as both subscription orders or stand-alone purchases:

The Promotion applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

Subscription Orders: The 20% discount is available for one subscription order only. Following the discounted order, the subscription will automatically revert to the customer’s normal subscription price and terms.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including without limitation advertising or promotional materials.

The Promotion does not apply to any delivery charges.

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount code per order; the discount code can only be used by way of one-time use per customer.

There is no minimum spend requirement. The 20% discount applies to a maximum of 5 cases per customer. Any additional cases purchased will be charged at the standard price.

The Promotion applies to all orders placed in accordance with clause 2.

If we give you a refund, it will be for the price you actually paid taking into account the Promotion discount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Promotion discount is not exchangeable for cash nor is it transferrable.

We reserve the right to refuse any code and decline any order that we deem to be invalid or fraudulent.

4. General

In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Naturediet, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Naturediet reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage. 

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Naturediet and which prevents Naturediet from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Naturediet will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion. Naturediet accepts no responsibility for this. Naturediet has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Naturediet will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a customer participating in the Promotion. 

By entering, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems. 

In entering the Promotion, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to redeem The Website Discount Code. The Promoter may require participants to provide proof of such eligibility. By entering the Promotion, all participants warrant that all information submitted by them is true and accurate.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By entering the Promotion, the participant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The participant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry.

 If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
