"This dog food cost me more to buy direct than if I had bought it elsewhere. And I thought I was getting 18 cartons of it not 12. They have always been in packs of 18. Not 12 been buying it for yrs now. I am Very disappointed and won’t buy from here again. I could have bought it for £6 less each pack from elsewhere that’s £24 I lost as I bought 3 which I can not afford. To loose."
