Postage and Pricing

We offer a standard delivery service on orders via our selected courier service. We can deliver to all postcodes in England and Wales. Some postcodes within Scotland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are subject to additional charges.

For all UK Mainland deliveries, prices for delivery are:
Orders under 24kg = £2.50
Orders over 24kg = FREE

Dispatch & Delivery

Standard orders are typically delivered to most of the UK within 2-3 working days. On occasion, orders that consist of multiple parcels can be split across more than 1 vehicle creating split deliveries. Please allow up to 3 working days for your complete order to be delivered.

The table below details an estimated arrival time for your order with our standard delivery service to postcodes that are serviced by our couriers. Please note that this doesn’t take into consideration bank holidays, in which case please allow for an extra day.

Refunds and Returns

Damaged items
If you receive our products in anything less than perfect condition please contact us within 30 days of delivery with details of the damaged goods by emailing our Customer Services team or calling 01362 822320. We're open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

If your order is damaged or you are not satisfied with the condition of the product then, subject to our terms and conditions, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

If we have not yet dispatched your order, you can cancel this by contacting our customer service team by email or phone. Please quote your order reference number and we’ll refund any monies we have received in advance as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the date your order was delivered. To cancel your order and request a refund please email us at info@naturediet.co.uk or call us on 01362 822320, quoting your order number. All refunds will be made to you using the same means of payment as you used to originally pay for the goods.

Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been delivered to you then you must return the goods to us at your own expense and in the original packaging. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

We regret that we are unable to accept cancellations for goods which have been used, opened or damaged after delivery.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights, for example if the goods are faulty or mis-described.


We recommend that you store all food and treats in a cool, dry place to ensure the best quality.

Sunlight and heat
The tetra recart packaging is made up of several layers (more details are available here). The aluminium layer within the packaging protects the product inside from light, oxygen, aromas and degradation, therefore keeping the contents fresh. Unless regular storage temperatures of around 50 degrees Centigrade (around 122 degrees Fahrenheit) are exceeded, the contents should not be affected.
