Postage and Pricing
We offer a standard delivery service on orders via our selected courier service.
We can deliver to all postcodes in England and Wales. Some postcodes within Scotland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are subject to additional charges.
For all UK Mainland deliveries, prices for delivery are
Orders under 24kg = £2.50
Orders over 24kg = FREE
Dispatch & Delivery
Standard orders are typically delivered to most of the UK within 2-3 working days.
On occasion, orders that consist of multiple parcels can be split across more than 1 vehicle creating split deliveries. Please allow up to 3 working days for your complete order to be delivered.
The table below details an estimated arrival time for your order with our standard delivery service to postcodes that are serviced by our couriers. Please note that this doesn’t take into consideration bank holidays, in which case please allow for an extra day.

For delivery information outside of UK Mainland postcode zones, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist you.
Refunds & Returns
If you receive our products in anything less than perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible with details of the damaged goods and we’ll replace these at no extra charge to you. Photos and information on damaged goods can be emailed to the Customer Services team.
We can provide a refund for unwanted goods on receipt of unopened/undamaged goods within 14 days of purchase. The cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer who purchased the goods. Please contact our customer service team to advise us of unwanted items.
