When I have had slight difficulties, it has been exceptionally easy to ring up customer services and get everything sorted out. Once, when we hadn’t received one of the flavours (and had two of the same flavour) we were sent out a pack of the correct flavour free. We were very impressed.

my dog is now 9 years old and he has been having feel good dog meat since he was around 8 months old, the meat is quite solid and looks good. I wouldn’t give him any other brand, just wish it was a bit cheaper to buy.
