We found a small ‘foreign body’ in a serving of puppy food, which we informed Naturediet immediately who replied the very next working day saying they would send out a returns envelope for us to return the item for analysis and also offered a replacement case of puppy food.
The food arrived 2 days later and the envelope 3 days later – in which we returned straight away. We would be interested to know the outcome of what the item was.
Very happy with the polite and no fuss customer service we received.
